We created this espresso blend to take what we saw positive in second wave coffee and make it with a third wave upgrade.  A blend of our popular Honduras Erandique, noted for its thick rich chocolate notes, and our Ethiopian sidamo, noted for its sweet berries.  This espresso is outstanding on its own but can hold up and cut through all milk beverages.  

All coffee is roasted to order Monday and Tuesday and shipped out Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received after noon on Tuesday will be roasted the following Monday. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
